Custom Order

Processing time is 3-5 business days outside the holiday season. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping method you select. We use USPS to ship all orders. You will receive an automatic email notification once your order has shipped. Please read the FAQ for more details and use the Contact page if you have further questions.

All items are made to order so I do not accept returns or do exchanges. However, if you do have an issue with the finished product please submit a contact form and I will issue a refund if a mistake was made on my end. Please be sure to check the size chart before purchasing because all apparel is in unisex sizing unless stated otherwise.

For embroidered apparel it is best to gently hand wash with a mild detergent and hang dry. To help flatten any curling in the apparel where the embroidered design is located, gently iron from the back using a low heat setting with a cloth placed in between the garment and iron.
